       You can also use the paid shipping method we have long term with UPS,DHL and other transportation companies have business dealings, and they will be delivered within 10-12 days by air transportation. Since most of the goods are from China, we will also use China's international transportation companies to carry your goods, such as SF Express International. EMS, or Zhongtong International Express, etc., are determined according to the actual situation, and the purpose is to deliver them to you in the fastest and safest way.
        When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your item and the shipping option you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the Shipping Quotes page.Please also note that shipping rates for many of the items we sell are based on weight. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policy of the shipping company we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next whole pound.

      If you are not satisfied with what you bought on Ebaoco, you may be eligible to return it and get a refund by following the simple procedure set out in this Return and Refund Policy.

     

 

1. Can I Return Any Product I Bought on Ebaoco?

Almost all items you bought on Ebaoco are eligible for return and refund if you are not satisfied with them, with just a few exceptions:

- Clothing items that are worn, washed, damaged, with tags, packaging or hygiene sticker removed or in incomplete set

- Items that are labelled as non-returnable

- Free gifts

 

2. How Long do I Have before Making a Return?

If an item is eligible for return and refund, you may return it within a return window of 90 days after the day of purchase. You are required to send back your return package within 14 days after you submit your return in the return window. You may not return an item after the 90-day window expires.

 

3. Do I Need to Pay for Return Shipping?

Return shipping is free on your first return for any order. When you make a return, please follow the steps set out in section 4 below. If you have already made a return of items from an order and would like to return additional items from that order, you can still do it as long as the 90-day window has not expired, in which case you can use the return label we provided and pay a US$7.99 shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

 

4. How do I Make a Return?

You can make a return by following the steps below:

1. Sign into your account.

2. Find the relevant order in “Your Orders” and click the "Return/other help " button.

3. Select the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for return. Depending on the reason you selected, you may be required to provide further information related to the order. After you provided the required information, click “Next Step” button to proceed.

4. Select the return method and refund method and click “Submit”. Click “Print” to print the label and tape the return label on the outside of your return package.

5. Mail out the package at your nearest USPS or UPS office.

Please make sure it is postmarked within 14 days after you submit your return, otherwise your return would be closed. The return label we provide only works if you are shipping within the contiguous United States.
 6. Refunds

- For refunds on returned items, we will process your refund within 7 days of receiving your return package.
- For lost or undelivered refunds, please click "Returns/Other Help" and select the corresponding reason to apply for a refund or contact our customer service staff for help. Tracking information from the carrier determines whether the item is delivered.
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to be credited to your original form of payment. If your return is not caused by Ebaoco's error, original shipping charges will not be refunded. Insurance fees (if any) are also non-refundable
 

7. Important Notice:

- The sender's address on your package is NOT the return address. If you send the return package to that address, the processing time for your return may be delayed. You should only send the return package to the address on the return label we provide.
- Please make sure you don't accidentally include any item in your return package that you do not wish to return. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
